A 7 characters split-flap-type device (such as those used in airports and train terminals in the 70) is located at Telefonica Foundation's main entrance. Each of these modules contains 30 characters including the letters of the alphabet and some punctuation. The board has a total size of about 30 cm. x 7 cm. high. All characters are moved every 1 minutes to stay fixed in a new letter. Only the first and last module will not move but remain always in the same positions, the letter "P" and "O" respectively. thermosynthetic grass
Thermosynthetic grass is an installation that proposes a multi-sensory tree-dimensional pictorial representation of a dynamic process: growing grass. 600 thermometers, filled with alcohol and green clorophylic pigment extracted from plants, are placed on a pedestal. Programmed timers control the on/off or day/night periods of the incandescent lamps placed under the thermometers.[more]
variable horizons
Hundreds of industrial thermometers are aligned to draw an irregular coloured alcohol horizon. The variations in this line are generated by instrument´s imprecisones and also by the ambient and visitor´s temperature .[more]
three minutes
Three handcrafted wax devices are projecting the image of three real clocks: a digital, an analog and a sand clock. The projected optical images are showing altered seconds: the sand flows upside, the needle moves counterclockwise and the digits are unrecognizable. [more]
thermosynthesis
Thermosynthesis is a series of sculptures made with lamps and alcohol thermometers ordered in radial ways imitating flowers. These thermometers vary their coloration according to room's temperature -that increases with people presence in the exhibition space-. In addition the sculpture's lamps of are activated by sensors that detect people. These lights irradiate heat and the thermometers fill themselves as the temperature increases. [more]

The installation "off - on light" forms part of the exhibition "art in progress I" in the Cultural Center San Martin and has been created site-specifically for one of the exhibition halls named "just like a bright center". One of the Center's ceiling-inlaid lighting devices has been photographed when it was switched on and then those slide images are projected in darkness upon the same device with the same point of view.[more]
skies under heaven
Skies under heaven is a series of installations made for lucarnes situated in the ceilings. Some device consisting of an optical lens and a frosted glass that works as a projection screen for optical image of the sky in real time are located under these openings. Images projected on these circular screen are varying all the time depending on the viewpoint of the observer.[more]
intimacy
This site specific installation was inside the palace of Argentina's central post office. This huge building has nowadays many abandon rooms. The curators of Estudio Abierto 2006 art festival invited me and many other artists to show in this place. My work was an audio installation developed to be heard in two big metal ducts with different compartments to take letters to different places of the building.[more]

re-visits
In this project, three artists: Martín Bonadeo, Paula Senderowicz and Daniel Trama Built together a group installation. Each one occupied three tables and a wall with drawings, blue prints and objects representing re-visits to older pieces. In my case this were sketches and drawings all my previous installations copied in a handcrafter ancient photo technique similar to the blue-print. [more]
japanese eyes
Japanese eyes is a series of digital photographies copied in watercolor paper. Taking ultra over exposed direct shots of nature in summer middays, I obtained these burned but colorful images. This technique allowed me to show all the colors hided in the black shadows.[more]
art closed circuit
The idea of this site specific installation is to cross the signals of three different galleries surveillance TV closed circuits. This galleries -Ruth Benzacar, Klemm, CCEBA- are located in a 100 meters radio. Although they are very prestigious and important in the contemporary art circuit, they are in basements. From this underground neither of them have windows and they are closed places.[more]
the interactive corn
This is a site specific project created for the Centro Cultural Rojas’s “galeria del poste”, an art gallery that works in a lighting pole of the street in front of the center’s main entrance. I covered 3 meters of the pole’s surface with hybrid corns. This regular grid worked like pixels of an image modified by doves, humans and other urban fauna interacting and eating with different patterns.[more]
inmigrant argentine
The inmigrant's historic street in Buenos Aires's port has a cement pedestal in one of its ends. Above it, a transparent moebius stripe rests inside a glass cube. This band has written in black letters the words IMMIGRANT and ARGENTINE, each one with an arrow in opposite directions. Like a sun dial, this object projects a shadow that changes all the time. This is a site specific piece created for the Timoteo Navarro Museum in Tucuman, and it consists of two car tires and two showers. One of the tires contains kerosene and is on fire, while the other contains earth, healing plants and flowers. In one of the showers there is water while the other is full of kerosene. underground sky
From its flowerpot in the middle of a tunnel, a plant will test the efficiency of a precarious analogical device designed to connect it with the outside. This site specific installation was developed for a pedestrian tunnel with four access stairs, two in each of its ends. The idea consists on locating 2 big mirrors in the base of each of these stairs in a way that they reflect the sky's light into the tunnel. [more]

This is a space & time specific movie projection in one of the walls of the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. The movie is a sequence of 30 12 hours DVDs with a candle burning. This giant projected candle burned slowly, consuming itself during the passing nights. Starting Thursday December 9th 2005 its height had been reducing until December 31st when it was turned into its minimum expression. [more]

This site specific installation starts in a little room where a back light with a shelf holds four closed glass jars half filled with Pacific Ocean's water. Each jar has a 35 mm. slide picture of a different moment of a sunrise at Buenos Aires's Plate river. The water acts as a magnifying lens. All the four horizons make a continuous line producing an illusion of many suns over the same river.[more]
two suns
In this installation, two handcrafted slide projectors facing each other from opposites sides of the room point to a piece of cloth hanged as a screen between them. The images (a sunset over the sea in Los Angeles and a sunrise over the river in Buenos Aires) are aligned by the horizon's line and mixed together in the center of the screen.[more]
closed open closet
This site specific installation is situated inside a closet. A two sided duratrans lightbox is hanging from the bar. The installation is aromatized with moth poison. The front side image is a countryside photography projected over closed closet doors. The back side -facing the closet interior- shows a similar image projected over the same closed with the doors open. A couple of mirrors showed the visitors this back side. [more]

real time vanitas
The spectators pass beneath a light bulb and a camera takes a middle ground shot of them. This image is projected in real time on a sand glass timer perfumed with naphthalene. As time is passing by the projected image vanishes and gets lost upon the sand glass.[more]
melted figures
Three frozen figures: a circle, a ring shape and a sphere, each made out of the same quantity of mashed pumpkin, cocoa and milk. They are suspended above three similar soup dishes in three niches respectively. A light spot is directed on each of the figures projecting shadow that varies along with the motion and passing of time. The figures flood the room with their smell and melt away accompanied by electro acoustic music.[more]

The Villa Victoria Ocampo situated in the beach resort Mar del Plata is owned by the famous writer. The house counts on many special wall papers. In weeks previous to the exhibition I have taken photos of several wall paper models and I have been creating images with insects in order to project them in still life style on the decorative paper leaves and flowers. The projections are carried out with devices made by the artist.[more]

14 signs that propose opposing directions and meanings are situated in a storeroom full with hundreds of other art works. The signs have a size of 25 x 60 cm and are situated on the walls in a height of 2,20m. Nothing indicates that they are art work. Many people are bothered by the signs and some of the signs are removed and resituated by curators or artists whose spaces are marked by signs with "negative" words.[more]
