| description | Four bidimensional traditional art works are exhibited in a 1.50 linear meters wall divided by a partition of 0.75 m. (each piece occupies a 0.75 linear meters space). A security camera takes each of the works and sends the signal to one of the four LCD projectors located in different spaces of the art fair. The works belong to diverse artists represented by different ArteBA's participant galleries (Buenos Aires art galleries fair) 2004. The variable to select the works is the opportunity criteria. An invitation is sent at the same time to all the galleries and the first four proposals received are selected. The invitation proposes an interchange in which it is asked for: - a work of one of its artists (a) - a space in one of the walls of their gallery stand in ArteBA fair in exchange for: - a space of the same characteristics as the one they donated in their own stand to show the work (a) - the projection in real time of the image of this work in the wall of another one of the participant galleries. - the participation of the gallery and the artist represented in the ArteBA award show, with all the press and diffusion that it involves. So each one of the galleries "yields" a part of its space for the projection of a work of another gallery -with the image from the closed circuit-. In return they are present with a work in the ArteBA award show and with a projection of one of their works in another gallery's space. The relationships between the galleries (whose work is projected in which gallery) are predetermined and they will be adjudged by order of arrival of the proposals. In case no gallery wishes to participate, I will exhibit solely a copy of the project as it was presented/displayed for the award.
